“Madam, Sir,
I booked a bedroom in you hotel for the 15th of August, at the price of 100 euros for the night. Unfortunately, and because of personal reasons, we decided to cancel our stay in your hotel.
We want therefore to have our 50 euros back that we put towards the booking of the room. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.”
