Alexa will be joining the group for breakfast interactions and group activities around Aix-en-Provence. Although she will not be teaching the course, she will be available during group activities to have friendly conversations and to help you practise your French!

Please be advised that while we have carefully planned the activities for your trip to Aix-en-Provence, there may be instances where Alexa may not be able to join all scheduled activities. This could be due to various factors such as physical limitations, health considerations or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the trip.

There are a limited number of spaces available for the trip, with only ten spots allocated for participants. This restriction is in place to ensure the quality and comfort of the travel experience for all attendees.

Participants joining the trip should have a French language proficiency level ranging from A2 to B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This language requirement is essential to ensure French lessons run smoothly.

Participants are expected to have a basic understanding of French vocabulary, grammar and conversational skills within the specified proficiency range in order to fully benefit from the experience.

We kindly ask all interested individuals to assess their French language proficiency level before registering for the trip.

Transportation will not be provided from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. However, transportation will be provided for all scheduled excursions and activities included in your itinerary. Our team will ensure that you are picked up from and dropped off at your accommodation, allowing you to fully enjoy your planned activities without having to worry about how to get there.

No. We understand that managing payments for your booking may be a concern. To provide you with flexibility and ease, we have implemented a payment schedule that allows you to spread out the total payment over several instalments.

Here's the breakdown of the payment schedule:

1. Deposit Payment: A 30% deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation. This initial payment ensures your spot is reserved for the desired dates.
2. Second Payment: The second payment, comprising 35% of the total fee, is due by June 30th, 2025. This instalment helps to facilitate the planning process for your experience.
3. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on July 8th, 2025. This final payment ensures that all financial obligations are settled before your scheduled immersion.

If payments have not been paid after this deadline, S.L. Immersion reserves the right to offer the stay to other participants on the waiting list.
